Jeff Ebeling

Jeff grew up in Dunnell and currently lives in Ormsby with his wife and three kids. He is a MCW graduate from Iowa Lakes Community College, and has 27 years of construction experience. In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Annie Post

Annie is the Marketing Specialist and Social Media Manager for Local Lumber. Originally from the Twin Cities area, Annie has called Martin County home for the past 10 years. She and her husband were married in 2018 and celebrated the arrival of their twins in February 2024. Outside of spending time with her family and staying active on social media, Annie is passionate about coaching gymnastics and can often be found in the gym, working with her athletes.

Marcus Eytcheson

Marcus grew up in Martin County, MN, graduating from Truman High School and working on area farms and for local contractors.  This was a jump start getting into the construction industry itself.  He has been involved in carpentry in many different aspects of the industry for over 20 years.  Marcus has been investing in residential and commercial real estate in Martin County for years as well.  The experience of owning and operating contracting and real estate ventures has led towards this most recent investment.  He looks forward to being able to support the staff at Local Lumber as well as our customers.  If you are looking to build and grow your business in the construction industry or real estate investments, Marcus looks forward to helping you!
